Chapter 12:
Teaching Others
Teaching Enhancement Cycle: A Model for Self-Improvement
Use this model as a guide to support the development of my ability to teach others. This method focuses on gathering and evaluating feedback from participants so I can move towards positive and actionable change that is applicable to my associates. This will help support an environment that is conducive to learning as participants will be increasingly engaged with a teaching process tailored to their learning style.
This process will increase buy-in from my associates. I will use the below attached 'Training Evaluation Form' so I can gather feedback for evaluation of my teaching style.
