Included is an analysis that was completed with my managers to identify those areas that I lack to achieve my career aspirations (weaknesses). We developed this as a working document and labeled it my "leadership profile." It is beneficial in giving me another perspective of the areas that I can leverage and improve that will contribute to my professional development on the path to achieve my aspirations.

· Confident – If not controlled, can be seen as arrogant by others.
· Communication – Tailoring your communication style to your individual analysts and moving at their pace, not yours.
· Able to use different styles of leadership – ties in with communication above
· Able to inspire others – Finding a way to inspire those that don’t want to be inspired is key here (James/Tonya)
· Innovator – Generating new ideas is extremely important, however generating too many ideas or failing to fully implement them can be problematic. Be aware of this pitfall.
· Thinking before speaking – I know, I know you are working on this one!

· Active Listening – I’m on the fence concerning this one and therefore didn’t put it under either category. You are an energetic person that likes to be moving. Be sure when you are 1:1 with your team members that you are putting all of your attention towards them.
