Leadership Skills Assessment
This is a useful assessment in judging the raw effectiveness of many of the skills I outlined as necessary to achieve my goals and aspirations. It will contribute to my personal growth by allowing me to evaluate several skills and traits that are associated with effective leadership. By identifying a baseline performance for each I can make the necessary adjustments to leverage my strengths and improve my weaknesses.

53-90 Excellent! You're well on your way to becoming a good leader. However, you can never be too good at leadership or too experienced – so look at the areas where you didn't score maximum points, and figure out what you can do to improve your performance.

Self-confident people are usually inspiring, and people like to be around individuals who believe in themselves and in what they're doing. Likewise, if you're a positive and optimistic person who tries to make the best of any situation, you'll find it much easier to motivate people to do their best.
